I'll take a do-over on my do-over for 40 please.

Monday, December 03, 2007

Ain'tcha glad we can do that?... Oops, I messed up that day 1, so today is my day 1... oops, I did it again... Day 1 again... gets to be old and eventually one needs to get it right, but ain'tcha glad we got 'em ? :)

Ok... the 40 is the number of pounds I still want to lose. The do-over is self-explanitory. :) With peanut brittle and my daughter making home-made peppermint patties... and she did really well! It's been really hard to stick to my good intentions. But I still have them, so here I go again!

Day 1 of Induction December 4, 2007.

By the way. I got all my church financial reports done. I am ready for the business meeting. I still have the contribution records to record, but that is jut tedious and time consuming, but not difficult in the least.

AND... I got through that Christmas Parade tonight. It went just fine. Ours was really simple and plain, but so was the birth of Jesus. Very simple surroundings and very plain. I did the float up with a lighted Nativity that I bought, Hubby made a simple stick framed stable that was perfect. I'm going to use it on my front porch now. :) I also made posters and drums for decorations and strung lights along the trailer. The kids sat on hay. It was good. And it's over. :) Deep breath... sigh of accomplishment, and now, on to the next project!... Christmas!

I hope y'all are all staying focused! You're my inspiration and currently my biggest motivation to keep on keepin' on!

Luv 'n hugs to you all!

You are wonder-woman! I knew you would make it thru just fine!

I am so thankful we have do-overs, day number one, and re-deux's! Sometimes, we just have to start over again and as my MIL says "hit the grit"!

Hugs!
