Hey, I kept my promise! I'm back to post up my December goals!
1. Exercise 6 days a week.
2. Walk 100 miles
3. Do some crunches every day.
4. Get back to focusing on water.
5. Pay more attention to sodium intake.
That's all for now.
Today, was a pretty good day. I did the 4 mile WATP video, and with that managed to close out the day at 5.69 miles. I also did 100 crunches. The only not so good thing was my food intake.
Ok, off to bed!! Tomorrow my Steelers play, and the guys on the NFL network are saying the Bengals are going to beat them in a big upset - not going to happen!! At least, it better not!
