Thank you so much for creating this website. I have lost weight before but I wound up gaining it back and going back to old habits. Thanks to this site I am truly changing my habits for life and I am halfway to my goal weight. This is a truly supportive and motivational website. I also want to thank you for bringing my family together in a new way. Our family rarely gets to see each other, but this website has brought quite a few of us together through our Sparkteam, it is awesome. Thanks for starting and spreading the Spark!
