Thanksgiving Holidays

I find that I have been able to be keep an eye on my food intake now that I am journaling my food everyday. Although the holidays were here, I ate a lot but not as much as I normally would have....I had relatives in for dinner all weekend and was able to keep up with exercise and posting. This is awesome to be part of Spark and to gain so much knowledge not only from the articles but also the individuals who are posting.

    Linda~ I agree that journaling your foods is great for helping with weight loss. I had no idea how much I was eating before I started keeping track daily. It was a real eye-opener. I still journal my foods every day and post on the boards. Being a part of spark and my teams keep me motivated and wanting to stick with it. Good job keeping with your exercise even through the holiday. That is my one struggle. I need to exercise more. Keep up the good work! ~Heidi
