Well, I allowed myself to cut lose yesterday and am pushing myself on the treadmill to make up for it. Also right back to healthy eating today. Broke my record again on the 'mill yesterday with 87 minutes and another 61 today. Also revving up my 'millwork by switching into slow jogs here and there during favorite faster songs. It feels wonderful to be able to jog and feel GOOD instead of awful!
Have been finding watching live concert DVDs to be really helpful. When I think about quitting and the drummer is sweating it out in the middle of an awesome drum solo I say to myself, "Hey, if HE can keep beating the heck outta those drums, the LEAST I can do is stick with my 'mill till he's done!"
We'll see next Weds. at weigh-in if I can burn off enough to have avoided any gain...crossing fingers...!!
