Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know about our new expert blogs!

Coaches Dean, Jen and Nicole will be updating their SparkPage blogs a few times each week! By subscribing to their blogs, you'll get new fitness, motivation and nutrition tips straight from the experts, and have the ability to share your own comments too. Check out the links and descriptions below to find out more. Coach Dean's Blog: Dean posts tips and motivation as Coach Toughlove, his "pushy alter ego." He welcomes your comments and questions as topics for his blog posts. Check out his first post, which asks, "What Is Success?".

Coach Jen's Blog: Jen posts about interesting health news stories. She discusses the research and information and gives advice for how to apply the information to your SparkPeople program. Check out these highlights: "What the World Eats" and Using a Pedometer for Fitness Motivation.

Coach Nicole's Blog: Nicole blogs about her fitness routine and other healthy habits. She shares product reviews, workout playlists, and talks about fitting healthy lifestyle habits into her busy life. Check out her "60-Minute Rockin' Cardio Playlist & Workout" and "Stuff She Loves for Spinning".

    I have been very upset. No matter what I do I have not gotten any daily email for over 3 weeks. The cookies sound like a great idea if I could get the email! I get notifications of my new mail messages and if there is a comment on my Spark page but nothing else. Not only that there does not seem to be anyone to contact to help me with my problem. I keep getting referred to an article. I know the site is free and I feel awful for complaining but I really miss the emails.
