Well I am logging again. It always surprises me how much I actually eat when I have to keep track of it. Just a little thing like all the cheese that I LOOOVE on my food really antys up the calories. So I will work on keeping within my calorie range. The cigarettes have slowed down but they are still there. I am positively NOT doing any smoking at work though, and that is a plus, and the plan is to gradually keep cutting ourselves back until we are smoking not at all.

    I think that the no-smoking at work alone is going to be a great thing for you in and of itself! I'm proud of you!

    Dont worry - you will do it! I am so glad that you are back on with me! This was such a crazy week that I really didnt get on the computer at all... but I am going to make it my goal to get on every day this week. And I left a note for Krissy too, that I think it should be our overall goal here at first to try to get on every day. Because I dont know about you but I know that when I get on I am like, instantly motivated. Thats also why I avoid the computer when I am feeling like a slacker. So - I am goign to get on and post my diet and blog each day! Are you with me? :)
