I have fallen off track lately, after reaching my initial goal of 150 lbs (30 lb loss). I've gained 2 or more lbs back and want to take that off PLUS another 5 before Jay and I start trying to conceive after the New Year. I know I can lose 7 lbs, I've lost 30 before, I just need the motivation. So, I'm starting to post to message boards here again, and I'm going to try and track my food and exercise every day until I reach my goal. Wish me luck!!!
