I feel awesome today! it's a combination of feeling accomplished and strong! I set a lot of goals for today and wasn't sure if i would get them done. but i did! i've done 120 min (60 min intervals) of stationary bike (vigorous) about 30 min of jump rope. and 120 min or more of heavy cleaning! i've been productive all day, and i feel that i did what i could before weigh in tomorrow. i really hope i see two pounds gone, that is what i need to reach my goal by june 30 (my bday) But anyway, i'm feeling great today and i thought i would share!
