i'm not going to complain about the past week, i think i did pretty well. but i have been running low on motivation. pretty much making excuses for not doing as much as i should. i suppose i better get back to posting on the no excuses challenge! because challenges are what seems to get me going full speed ahead. i really hope i wake up energized tomorrow because its my last chance workout before weigh in! i have a lot of activity and cardio planned. i'm going to head off to bed, get up about 6:30 or 7 and hit the bike after breakfast of course. and do the cleaning i've been putting off. well i can't say that completely i have done some cleaning! anyway....bring me strength for tomorrow, motivation, and will power! i want to be in 200ville by monday!
