I went looking for the positives in my health journey. What I found, I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. I am aware of the portions on my plate. I am aware of the amount of activity I do in respect to the amount of calories I consume. I am aware of my emotinal triggers and found a new way to deal with them. I come and go to this site but these things stick.
