Well, tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I found this site and joined. I am learning my way around the site and becoming familiar with all the resources and different people on here...man, one could spend all day, every day, for weeks just reading! There is so much info and so many neat and interesting people.
I have primarily been tracking my eating trying to be more aware of what I am eating, when, and how much. I have noticed that I often reach for a snack when I am bored, sad, even happy! But I often do it when I am not even hungry and have been able to cut back on that. I am gaining insight and have lost 4 more pounds.
I have felt poorly physically and have had difficulty getting much exercise in...I will need to work on pushing myself in this area. I also still need to work on getting more fresh produce and increasing my water intake.
