Hello SparkFriends! After a "slow" week, I'm ready to get back on track! Last week I hurt my back, and exercise was VERY difficult. I managed to do some slow movement, but not enough to do a lot toward weight loss! Then last night I had my daughter and family over for dinner and pretty much had a good ol' Southern meal.... fried chicken, stewed tomatoes, rice (brown!), and field peas. I had made oatmeal cookies yesterday too. Well... I DID behave myself. I carefully measured everything I ate (heavy on the rice and tomatoes, light on everything else!!!). Even with the hurt back and the big meal last night, this morning's "weigh in" was pretty good. No loss, but no gain either. I'm still the same. That in itself is motivating! I'm ready to eat healthy and to step up the pace on the exercise! Hope that each and every one of you have a good week also!!! Stay motivated, and think HAPPY thoughts!!!
