this is so confusing!
i realize that i need to get atleast 1200 cals a day, for my body to function properly. i don't mind getting up to 1500 either, but they say i should have between like 1900 and 2300! i played with my menu a bit today to see if i could change somethings but in order to get everything right i had to have atleast 1700 cals. i'm sure i could do it correcty if i followed their meal plan, but i just don't eat most of that stuff, and i can live cheaply if i continue to eat the things that will last me all week, not a hundred different things for a week. i just go to the store, buy my cereal, my salad stuff, my fruits, and my lean cuisines. it's too depressing to think about! maybe if i brought my fitness down then the numbers would go down, and what ever i do more than that will just be a plus and not one of my goals. i feel like i've been doing really well, but i also want to make sure i am giving my body what it needs. it really shouldn't be this difficult!
