Week 3 - Loss again!

It's Friday!
Almost the weekend *does the happy dance*
My weight went down again! My numbers

SW (05.10.07) 91.6 kg / 201.9
CW (26.10.07) 89.0 kg / 196.2
GW for October 87.04kg / 191.9
Lost so far 2.6 kg / 5.7

Last week I was at 89.6/197.5 so that makes a 0.6/1.3 loss this week! Yay!

I just planned out dinner for the next 7 days by adding recipes from sparkrecipes to my mealplanner... it's so easy! just click "choose other day" and you can plan ahead just fine.
I printed out all the recipes too, should start keeping them in a folder, and now I will spend the rest of my working afternoon creating a groceries list for tomorrow :)

little steps, I never did this before!
I am not really organized, more spontanous when it comes to food, so this is a step towards a more structured me :)
Yay for following the action steps!

    hey, good on you! I found your blog really motivating, I've just done my first weigh-in and made (I was quite surprised) some progress! So It was cool to read what you were writing being that couple of weeks ahead of me :) exciting.

    Congrats on losing again this week. That is so exciting. I never could get the planning ahead under my belt. I always blamed life for throwing me curveballs, but perhaps that's just an excuse. You have inspired me to action! Thanks so much.
