Ever wonder what the health experts eat and how much they exercise? Do you feel that they've got it easier than other people? Do you wonder how they manage to make healthy choices most of the time while other seem to struggle? Well now you can find out.

I've decided to start blogging more regularly--at least a few times a week. I plan to give information about what I do to workout, my favorite workout playlists and songs, stuff that I love (products, DVDs, etc.), fitness ideas, what it's like to work for SparkPeople (yes it IS a dream job) and other insights. So you can subscribe to my blog to see what it's like to be me and how I stay fit and healthy. I hope you find it interesting, entertaining and helpful!
