I've decided to start blogging more regularly--at least a few times a week. I plan to give information about what I do to workout, my favorite workout playlists and songs, stuff that I love (products, DVDs, etc.), fitness ideas, what it's like to work for SparkPeople (yes it IS a dream job) and other insights.
