Week 2 is over - Loss!

The second week is over now.
I ams till on track, even though some financial issues reared their ugly heads all at once and I was so stressed out this week that I could barely sleep.
But it made me proud that even though I did break and consumed "comfort food", I did so with thought. I had some Dove Dark Chocolate Hearts instead of heading straight for the big bag of chips the boyfriend bought.

So here are my numbers

SW 202 / 91.6
GW 150 / 68.0

CW 197.5 / 89.6

My goal weigth is 74.26% of my starting weight, so my goal stages will be:

5% 191.9 / 87.0
10% 181.8 / 82.5
15% 171.7 / 77.9
20% 161.6 / 73.3
25% 151.5 / 68.7

I lost 4.4 / 2kg so far, wich makes it 2.18% of the 25.74% that I am trying to lose.

Now I will have to think up rewards for myself...
And I am having a tough time to think of something that I really want, that I can afford and that would motivate me...
Advice? Thoughts?

    hi, nachtstern, you are doing great so far! amazing weight loss for only two weeks!
    on the rewards ... it all depends on what you love and could imagine treating yourself to (all except food, of course!).
    my first rewards were tiny - a pair of ear studs for the first month and a new book for the second, for the third month i choose a slightly bigger one: new clothes, since all my stuff was getting too big! the next reward will be a weekend on the dutch coast, which i love!

    I really do not have advice to give you on rewards. I tend to just give myself extra video game time to play. LOL. Good job so far. Keep up the great work.
