I Joined!

Yesterday I joined the gym and did 45 mins between the treadmill and the bike, I was at the Gym at 5am this morning when they opened and did 30 mins, 20 on the Treadmill and 10 on the cross trainer elliptical. I LOVED it. I plan on going tomorrow as well... most days i'm up early to take Kenny to work so it works out well, Friday he probably won't be working as its suppose to Rain, so I may not go but I have a long weekend, giong to Kenny's parents house for the weekend, but will get in some walking and back to the Gym on Monday for me :)

    Good for you! Way to stay on track and motivated.
I'm definitely NOT a gym fan, but give you much credit for joining and starting off on the right foot there. YAY!

    Way to go with the gym! If you can learn to love exercise, then you have the battle half won! Keep up the good work.

    Great going SoxBabe! Exercise really is the key to staying on track. come back to sparkpeople every day no matter what and it will help you get back on track when you fall off---and you will, because everybody does.
