Yo Yo Syndrome

Well I have been doing Spark people for a while now and I have stayed the same weight! It is good that I am not GAINING weight, but this weight loss thing has really thrown me for a loop.
I have really great weeks, where I follow my plan and exercise 3-4 times a week, but then I get very minimal weight loss. This frustrates me, so then the next week isn't so great. I get lazy... don't eat right and don't exercise as much. Then after that week, I get disgusted with myself and go back to being good. It is a perpetual yo-yo week to week.
I really need to be consistant and not be so hard on myself. I have to stop expecting big weight loss numbers and be satisfied with a pound or even less a week. It is obvious that I am not losing weight like I did when I was younger, so I have to stop expecting that!
So as of now, I am going to commit myself to being consistent. On tracking everything that goes in my mouth and exercising at least 3 days a week. I am going to stop my late night eating binges, because they are sabotaging all of my hard work throughout the day. I am going to commit myself to a healthier me and stop coming up with excuses!
