for it has been 6 days since my last run. I FINALLY did a strength workout today. My muscles are killing me!! Tomorrow I'm going to go for a short run. I just haven't decided whether it will be on the treadmill or outdoors. It has to happen though because I am going crazy! To make matters worse, I have been eating above calorie limit all week. If I haven't gained, I will be VERY surprised. All I know is, I feel fluffy and I hate it.
This coming week will be better.
