This plan is very helpful. I have been playing around with points or portions for so long, I haven't really looked at the cold, hard numbers of what I'm eating. This motivates me to do better with planning and with targeting those healthy numbers.
Went to Cranberrian Fair today. Did a moderate amount of walking. Need to increase the walking but it was good getting out and just having fun. Bruce and I have been too locked in to obligations.
