down to 171.6 this morning! woo hoo! I know I haven't been at this weight since at least 1993. I have been taking it easy on the diet (aka eating whatever I want) since July or so, but I have been keeping up with my exercise. It is nice to see the weight still coming off. It's very slow, but still dropping, and I don't feel deprived by the calorie restrictions anymore.
