Hard to get back on schedule.

Well, we've been home from our wonderful holiday for 2 weeks now and I'm finding it very hard to get back into my routine.
It doesn't help that I have a cold so even though I exercised last week I haven't been doing anything this week! No excuses for the food side of things though, I just haven't been tracking or even really paying attention to what I'm eating. ARGH!
Monday is going to be Day #1 of starting everything all over again. Here it is for everyone to read!
Exercise 5 times per week:
- bike (while I still can)
Strength training 2 times per week:
- I have tons of dvds with programs - use them!
- do some things at work like squats and wall pushups
- track everything!
- watch snacking - especially at work
- better portion control
