This is my first blog since the new classes started! I need to set a better example - sorry about that! I love the new classes! We have so many new faces that it may be a while before we learn all the names so bear with us! The feedback on the classes has been so encouraging. We are doing what we love and sharing what we've learned and are exercising and learning even more with the class. We've enjoyed incorporating the huddle groups - it's a way for the class to connect and learn a little about each other and we get more response and participation this way also. I hope that you've enjoyed it too! Since Kim and I are having to exercise twice a day with the two classes, we'll probably just stay with the easiest exercise videos this time - NOT!!! Don't worry, we can hang with the best of you. If we expect you to do it, just remember that we are having to do it twice that day! :-) By the way, I lost another pound this week - that double exercise probably did it!
We don't want to inundate you with reading material, but we felt that it was important to give you the tools that you need to have a successful journey. I hope that you will start a notebook and keep the weekly summaries handy for reference. Let us know if it's too much.
I've had the opportunity to talk and interact with several of you this week and find it uplifting and encouraging to hear how this class is already changing your lives. That's what keeps us excited and pumped about this class!
