week 2

i weight in monday and had lost 2 lbs :) I'm thankful for that, it shows that all my hard work is paying off :) tuesday i hit a couple of bumbs, i ate a couple of things that made my stomach churn, i didn't eat much either, but i guess my stomach has gotten used to the healthier foods, which is good :) i got a ddr , and have been dancing all those extra calories away! i won't be straying from my diet again thats for sure.
today was crazy, i don't think i could fit in anymore exercise in one days time as i did today.
i did my walk/run for 4 miles.
I did my core secrets video, full body workout (strength training)
i did 2 hours of ddr, 1 hr early , 1 hr later.
i've been cleaning all day, running up and down the stairs. i'm not sure what sucked up the rest of the time because i didn't stop moving for very long. only long enough to snuggle and watch a movie (the little mermaid) with my 3 yr old daughter :)
I'm beat!
i got in all 14 glasses of water
my calorie intake was about 1179 or so. i burned off way more than i ate today, and i didn't feel hungry at all in between meals.
i'm looking forward to a little bit of rest tomorrow. :)

    Congrats on the 2lbs. You are doing great and learning as you go. I was so happy the first time I ate fast food and it didn't sit well with my stomach. It's so nice when our bodies want good food. Keep up the great work!
