A Blog Entry From LOVEBUZZED

Well that last few weeks have been very hard. I haven't worked out as much as I should and I feel like I've been eating everything in sight. I attended a wonderful wedding that happened to have a ton of delicious food. Later that night I went with my family to a bon fire and ate a ton more delicious food.....so I'm feeling somewhat like a failure. I'm going to get back on track this week though. I even took an extra day off work to get my but in gear and work out.

I made progress today though. I did go to the gym and do some cardio. Tomorrow I plan on doing my strength training program. So though I feel of the wagon this week I'm hopping right back on and not giving up.

    Good for you! Never give up! Don't consider those times a failure, learn from them, what can you do differently next time? Or heck, even allow your self a "cheat day" every now and then. The important thing is to get back and track and you are doing just that! BTW, where do you get the pounds lost pics? Happy Sparking!
