Hopefully not a total meltdown..........now cool down and get back on track. I was talking with folks I work with and we were all saying how Fall can just make you crave food so much. It must be primitive, getting ready for winter. I don't know what your diet plan is, but try to find something yummy, or satisfying for your snack. My treat when I need something (later in the evening) is Caribou Coffee (Chocolate Mocha) and a cup of coffee (I should have water). But it is 140 calories, sweet, crunchy and really satisfying. Don't go back to your OLD ways, you only melted down once, now get back on and find yourself something to help you through this weather transition. I know you can do it!!!!!!!
