Well I have finally gotten the epidural (#4) which I have been longing for. Up till now they always seem to help for about a three month period. However the third seemed to fade much earlier than the others.
Anyway, now I am suffering from the side effects. Sleeplessness, inability to exercise (for a few more days) and overall anxiety.
I am so anxious to get back to moving around, sleeping right and getting off of this plateau.
CeeZee, so nice to hear from you. I just hit your site today looking for you, how timely. Sure do miss your energy!
Yes sir, I have tried a chiropracter some time ago, only the one I went to seemed to make my problems worse. So needless to say they are not the first docs I think about when seeking relief. Thanks for the caring encouragement though.
I have been told that this time I just may need to start admitting to myself that surgery may be the best option in order to find a better quality of life level. My disks are pretty degenerated and although the injections have helped to a point. They are NOT long term options.
In order to get off of this vicious cycle of not sleeping, the inability to exercise etc; I am scheduled to go back in a couple weeks and discuss the surgery. I just know that I want to get off of this ride as it is not fun!!!
