I found this website. It helps you determine your body type:hourglass, spoon, ruler or cone. Then it goes a step further to tell you which exercises to to in order to lose weight and which ones NOT to do if you're trying to lose weight. And wouldn't you know it, I've been doing the wrong kind of exercise for a long time. Check it out.
