wow, I just realized that i've hit my 2 week mark. Thats incredible to me, a never before ever come close to completing 2 weeks! hooray me! 2 weeks of staying within all my ranges. 2 weeks of eating healthy! 2 weeks of 0 missed cardio, or strength training! and 2 weeks of getting the recommended dose of water!
now thats something to celebrate! I think i will go buy those new exercise pants i saw at walmart. lol
I did hit a down point today, not sure why. But no worries, because i did not stray from my diet or exercise. :) I'm excited to try the kashi substitutes i baught tomorrow, they will help lower my cal and carbs, and provide more fiber, and protein! :) Tomorrow i will try alternating a walk/light jog. I over did it the other day with sprinting. lol. don't sprint when you don't ever run! esp on tar! ouch. I will concentrate on my breathing and posture while i jog!
I also have strength training tomorrow, which i feel it is time to start a higher level, because the one i am doing now, no longer tires me. '
also, my mom may visit, so i may not be online as much. But will still be working as hard as i can. I'm still 110% determined! I can't wait to weigh in next monday!
