Goals for October

Ok because I want this to stick and work I am posting it here so that I have to be accountable.
Cardio at least 15 mins everyday - 31 days for October
Weight Lifting - 13 days for October
Ab Training - 13 days for October
Calorie Tracking - 31 days for October.
I am doing this for myself and myself only because I have worked for too hard not to look my best on my wedding day and especially for my DH on our honeymoon.
Here I go.
