Ok, this is a take 2... started the post and accidentally closed it. grr...
Anywho, doing pretty good today, and yesterday food wise was also decent. I didn't go too far over, and I'm cutting myself a weeeee bit of slack as long as I can keep the calories below 2,000, and not go over the fat by too much (like maybe 10-15). Today my carbs are looking really good (nice and low but lots of fiber) My goal for this month is just to record what I eat and work on portion control, which I've been proud of myself - my scale and measuring cups/spoons have already gotten quite the workout the last few days.
We'll see what the rest of the day has to offer.
