So I really expected to be thinner when I hit my 30th birthday, but it didn't magically happen and I wasn't consistent in my exercise or healthy eating. So, I'm jumping back on the Sparkpeople bandwagon! We're going out for dinner tonight but I'm planning on eating salmon and veggies. I'll limit my bread to 2 pieces. I'll order water. If we get a dessert, it will be split 4 ways. I don't need to celebrate by eating. I had a great workout this morning and I don't want to ruin it. Soup for lunch today since I'll be having some extra calories at dinner.
