Deb was such a help to me this week. She suggested making out a food plan dividing the calories over 3 meals and 2 snacks, and then STICKING TO IT for one day. Well, I made it through that day, and I made it through yesterday, and I made it through today!!! Even if I don't start losing again, at least I have proved to myself that I can make a plan and carry it out.
Tomorrow and Saturday I am at a church conference with Supper tomorrow and Lunch Saturday provided. I sure hope it is buffet - I can usually make good choices that way.
