Get Up!

I've been telling myself for some time now that I've got to start getting up in the mornings and getting my exercising in then as I have no time in the evenings. Well it's time to make myself get up and get going in the mornings. As the seasons change, it's going to be even harder to get up so I've got to do something now!

    So I'm curious, did U get up early 2day? Are U going to 2morrow? It's hard, I know, going thru the same thing. But I've been doing better. We can do this with a little coaxing to each other!

    You can do it! We can do it together! I have been going through the same thing every morning for the last month! Getting up a little earlier each week will help your body ease into it.

    You can do it. Even if you start small and get up 15 minutes early and workout for 15 minutes then that's 15 minutes less that you have to do later in the day. Before you know it you will be used to it and able to get up earlier each week!!!
