I've done so well over the last 1.5 years on Sparkpeople! I've lost just over 20lbs, have become 'fit' and toned. Yes, this all sounds good BUT since the end of August I have feeling like I'm falling off the wagon. I'm losing my food portion control, I exercise weekly BUT each time I do I have to force myself. I am trying to figure out what will give me my 'spark' back and motivation. All previous goals have been met.
I need to think of new goals...hhhmmmm, need to give it some thought and try to stick to my maintenance plan in the meantime.
