day 5!

this is day 5! and.... i'm still going strong. :) I've never made it this far on such a strict diet. i usually can't make it through the first day :) so i'm very proud of myself. i think the biggest help is that i have found foods that are healthy for me, that i actually enjoy. this way it doesn't make it seem like i have to suffer with hunger pangs, and bad food.I really don't care if i have to eat like this forever!
I didn't have any excersize planned for today but i mowed the lawn and that gave me over 400 burned calories :) i'm not getting tired of the food or the workouts, so thats good news :) i sneaked and looked at the scale today. i just felt so good when i woke up, i actually felt smaller, so i weighed myself and lost another 2 pounds :) but i didn't add it to my weight loss tracker yet, i will wait until wednesday when i am supposed to weigh in again, after this wednesday my weigh ins will be on mondays because we will be starting the BL Challenge! woo hoo! i'm so excited!
