I have absolutely zero energy today. I am sitting here trying to get up the umph to do my strength training. I have been off at the bank, grocery shopping, paying bills, etc. since 9:30 am. I finally ate lunch at 3:40pm when I got home. I just feel drained. Usually I look forward to exercise. I only have about 1/2 hour before I gotta start 'running' again! I have to pick up my hubby at work. Well, I'm off the do what I can in that time.
Hopefully, I can pull it off!

    I'm getting to this a little late...haven't been on much this weekend other than to input my food...but I hope you were able to get motivated to exercise. I had a few bad days like this last week. It's hard to get back into the focus...I gained 2 lbs and that's what did it for me. I realized that if I didn't buckle down, I'd gain even more than was enough to "wake me up" so to speak. It's hard when you don't have personal time to yourself so you don't want to exercise with the small bit of time that you do have. It's much easier to relax. You are entitled to relax too. I typically do my strength training around 10-11 pm instead of during the day because of all the running I do during the day too. The kids are already in bed or at least in their rooms if it's the weekend and it's when I have my free time. Good luck finding the time!
