I had a wonderfullllllllllll lesson yesterday...which I thought was going to be not so good. It was chilly and the wind was horrific but Hoover was a trooper!!!!
I have been doing well on the working out! I went Friday at 6am to a spinning class, took yesterdays 8am and will take todays 8am! Trying to keep going!!!
