Yup, thats right... I have joined all the others with this diet and so far her book is good. I am a 'balanced oxidizer' and will be following her idea of what I need to eat. While I will have to change the menu plan to suit my lifestyle, I will be increasing my red meats and fats... 40 carbs, 30 protien and 30 fats... All this for 30 days... I think I can do that!
