Well this week is almost over...thank God cause I'm sooooo tired. It's been a hard week, but hopefully the change of lifestyle will come easier as time goes on.
I find keeping myself busy by working six days a week has definatly helped with losing weight. I am famous for sleeping all day and feeling sorry for myself, and then ordering pizza! I've been putting this weight on for far too long and now it's gonna come off!!!
My first goal is to get under 200lbs and I will be so happy to see that goal. Then after that i want to get down to 150lbs and wow....I would be sooooo happy with that. My overall goal is to get to 135lbs.
Wish me luck everyone!!! I'd say this a pretty good end to the first week!
