I've always had a hard time losing weight, and whenever I'm stressed out (which is most of the time) it seems to be worse. Well, lately it seems like it's getting easier. Or maybe I'm learning the healty way to eat. I've cut out completly the late night snacking while playing at my computer, and for me that is a major change.
I love getting on the scale and see the numbers slowly moving down, and my hubby even bought me a new digital scale today since my eyes have a hard time seeing the tiny lines in between the numbers of the old dial one.
I still have a long way to go, but with all the support I get from here, I think I can do it! (LOL reminds me of the little train who said," I think I can, I think I can!")
