September Goals

My September Goals...

*Continue to be prayerful and trust God to help me.

*Think before I put something in my mouth!

*To do 5 days of cardio and 5 days of strength exercises, changing them around so my body doesn't doesn't get too familiar with activity.

*To look for different foods!

*Weigh in to keep me accountable!

*Reach for 5lb. success loss this month...
