It feels great! I added five more minutes to my run at the end of last week.
I am running 40 minutes straight every other day. I am hoping to get to 45 minutes by the middle of September and to 50 minutes by the end of September. Let's see how it goes. I learned to take it slow and easy. If I feel to tire a day that I was planning to run, then I don't do it. The important thing is to feel good and healthy. No need to push it when my body is saying "I need a break."
