seems like it it getting harder to eat the amount of calories that I should be eating in a day. I eat less now since I have been drinking a lot of water and it makes me full. UGHH! Is there anything I can do to make sure I eat the right amount of calories as people are telling me if I am too low then I will gain weight and not get rid of it...

    Welcome to my world. I am always under in calories. I think that is why I am at a standstill with my weight. Post this on the thread and somebody there will have a good answer for you. I will try to copy and paste it for you but don't know if it will work. See you Thursday....Lori
