Big Changes For Me

Well, It's Labor Day here in the U.S. I've been really screwing things up this summer and as many times as I've said I was gonna Knuckle Down, I haven't! I'm gonna do this ! I've redid My spark goals because I failed to reach my ultimate goal and I feel I need more motivation. I've gained 13 pounds recently and don't want to start the rollercoaster back up the hill. Better to stop the weight gain now before it's too late. I knew going into this it was gonna be tough over the long haul. My new goal is 200 pounds by Jan. 31,2008. My old goal was 220 by Aug. 20,2007. I fell 20 pounds short! I'm still very happy with where I am (240 as opposed to 340) but I must finish this off! Well, I've got work to do! Wish me well please!!!
