I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar (Manic Depression) and I know how those ups and downs go. Now, I'm on mood stabilizers which has actually helped me get my health and weight goals in perspective, see as now I can actually sit down and think one way about something without waivering or changing my attitude in a day/week/month. If you ever need to talk, I know what its like being down, but keep your head up. Exercise increases endorphins -- maybe taking a quick run and then checking yourself out in the mirror afterwards and commending yourself for how far you've come (which from your spark page, I can tell is a long way-- you should feel VERY proud!) will help lift your spirits :)

I've never given birth too anyone but, I get the same way sometimes.............if there was a reason, I could fix it. What it usually come down to is me asking myself what I like about my life and then I relize how lucky I am, I then cry and I guess it releases that hormone that was making me feel that way and I'm fine again.

For Example this week I would think about how lucky I am not to be one of the trapped miners or one of there family members????????? Anyways just a thought on how I usually pull myself out of that Funk.

By the way you look really GREAT!!!! I've been doing the Turbo Jam now for 5 days and I'm starting to really like it.

    Thanks again
