Maple Valley
Scales acting weird again, its kind of annoying. Anyhow it says 159.7 and body fat 32.0, muscle 28.7 so body fat slowly going down, still higher than I would like, considering I have 19.7 lbs to lose. But actually if I just lost that amount of fat, and no lean muscle mass I would be at 20% body fat. All the more reason to do strength training a lot! I am going to do some yoga/pilates today for a change and no trampoline or rebounder. I have been pushing it a lot and something different might help. Anyhow I am moving along, and hopefully will stay in the 150's now. At first it said 160.6 again, but then it said 160.6 WITH my PJ's on which weigh about a lb. So I think the 159.7 without PJ's is accurate. Bizarre though! I checked it several times though and thats what it said so will take that as today's weight. Things have slowed down and have to adjust to that I know. But as long as its moving slowly I am fine. I am pretty consistent about what I eat, when I exercise and when I weigh so daily variations are not too extreme, plus I do not eat a lot of sodium. I was pleased to see my Potassium intake is miraculously good, its the bananas I am sure! Fiber is now always in range or over, protein still struggle with it, as I can't eat soy and do not like eating much meat, I am I guess a flexitarian (!) but I was vegetarian a long time and am conflicted about the whole thing. I am usually low on fat, which is not good though have fish oil or evening primrose oil daily. I want to add nuts but they are SO high in calories, even though they have good nutrients. Love my Larabars though!!
