need to get back on track

Well I'm back at work again and while I've only been eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I need to watch what I'm eating. Lunch is the problem. Not having the right foods to eat and little time to eat in. Each day I tell myself I'm going to make my lunch and each morning I get busy and forget. Tomorrow is 8/27 and I have a new 10 week challenge for myself to help me stay aware. We'll see how it goes.
