Well, now I know why I'm stuck at this plateau. I get my work out at work. All that cardio is what I do at work--lifting boxes and walking, very fast WITH those boxes, to process them on a UPS manifest. My few minutes, okay a couple hours at the computer while I watch TV after dinner is my relaxation in the evenings. Time to work out? After 8+ hours of the above every day? No way. And after tracking what all that excerise actually was, I can understand why my legs and arms look good.
Still the weight loss plateau.
Now I look at the food track and it appears. I'm not eating as well as I thought I was, now that I keep track of every single thing I swallow. Although I am drinking a LOT more water, and a LOT LESS diet soda--I had a 2-liter a day habit before Spark--I thought I was doing okay. I'm not.
I usually get the veggies right. But not always. And rarely the fruits. And the calories? Yea, okay, give it up, old girl.
At any rate, I'll try, try, try again. And check back next week. Let's just pray my head ache problems go away so the pain and nausea stay out of my way of trying to eat right. Peace.
